Booking and Payment: All reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change until payment is completed.
Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellations and refunds are subject to the specific policies of the airlines and hotels involved in your booking. Fees may apply for cancellations or changes, and some bookings may be non-refundable or non-changeable.
Changes to Booking: Changes to flight or hotel reservations may incur additional fees and are subject to availability. We are not responsible for any price differences resulting from changes.
Responsibility: We act as an intermediary between customers and service providers (airlines, hotels). We are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damages that may occur during your travel or stay.
Travel Requirements: Customers are responsible for ensuring they have valid identification, passports, visas, and any necessary travel documents. It is also the traveller’s responsibility to comply with customs, immigration, and health requirements.
Disputes: Any disputes arising from bookings made through our platform will be governed by the laws of South Africa.
